Teaming with FTE in 2011, Paul Bois is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. He has responsibility for talent development, operations management and infrastructure enhancements that advance the organizational mission through functional support of Program development.

With more than 30 years of executive experience in diverse corporate settings, Bois brings expertise in strategies that drive vision, develop people and effectively allocate resources. Bois graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Heather, live in Suwanee, GA and are members of the Catholic Church of St. Monica in Duluth, GA.
