Lori Adams joined FTE in January 2012 as the Vice President of Program. In this role she provides leadership for FTE’s program strategy and works with FTE’s president to manage resources in support of the organizational vision and mission. Lori brings more than ten years of experience in organizational development and strategy to FTE.

Prior to joining FTE, Lori served as the Transitional President at the Church Extension of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Indianapolis, Ind. There she created and implemented a strategic operations plan to support congregational mission and church leadership. Before moving into the role of president, Lori served as Vice President for Missional Development and Operations and Assistant Vice President for Human and Organizational Development, where she leveraged financial resources and produced business and missional strategies.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree from Vanderbilt University. She is an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and has previously served congregations in Ind. and Tenn.
