Support for Underrepresented Doctoral Students

We envision a future with a strong presence of historically underrepresented racial/ethnic faculty members in the nation's theological schools. Their presence is not only needed to serve an increasingly diverse student body, but to attract and inspire outstanding candidates for pastoral ministry. At FTE, we believe that diversity is crucial to the vitality of the academy, the preparation of leaders and to the Christian church.
